Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Telecom4Good AI Assistant, a tool designed to scrape publicly available content from an organization's website and answer visitor questions based on this information. Organizations may also upload content such as PDFs and video links to train the AI Assistant. The service is provided by Telecom4Good (“Company”), and is intended exclusively for legal entities, such as companies and non-profit organizations. By using the AI Assistant, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

This AI Assistant is for use by legal entities only. By using the AI Assistant, you confirm that you represent an organization and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. This service is not intended for personal use by individuals or minors.

2. Description of Service

The AI Assistant uses content from your publicly available website to respond to user inquiries. Additionally, you can upload PDFs and video links to improve the AI Assistant's performance. We do not collect personal data or track users beyond publicly available information. You retain control over the content provided to the AI Assistant, including the ability to add or remove information at any time.

3. Data Privacy and Use of Information

We do not share, store, or use any information uploaded by the client for any purpose other than training the AI Assistant to respond to user queries. Any content you upload, such as PDFs or videos, remains under your control, and you may delete this content at any time. The AI Assistant only interacts with public-facing content and does not collect private or sensitive data from users. The AI Assistant does not collect any personal information from website visitors unless it is voluntarily provided by the visitor.

4. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all content uploaded to train the AI Assistant complies with applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property rights. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the rights to use this material and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the AI Assistant for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

• Uploading content that violates the rights of others or is illegal, threatening, or harmful.
• Using the AI Assistant in a manner that harms others or interferes with the normal operation of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The AI Assistant provides responses based on the content of your website and any uploaded material. Telecom4Good does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the responses provided by the AI. You are responsible for ensuring the legal compliance and accuracy of any information provided to users through the AI Assistant. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the AI Assistant.

7. Termination

Telecom4Good reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the AI Assistant at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any unlawful activity. You may terminate your use of the service at any time by ceasing to use the AI Assistant.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the use of the AI Assistant will be resolved under California law.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the AI Assistant following any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
